Historical and cultural notes: Shilajit (Asphaltum) is a phytocomplex with a bituminous appearance, which emerges from the rocks of the Himalayas and is made up of plant fossils that covered this region 200 million years ago. In Sanskrit it means "born from the rock" and is considered one of the most effective remedies of Ayurveda. The ancient Indian texts speak of Shilajit as the panacea against all diseases and indicate it as an exceptional tonic and tonic, useful for both young and old. The European Community since 2012 recognizes Shilajit as a "food" and substance of health interest, suggesting the recommended dosages for the well-being of bones and joints and declaring it free of side effects, contraindications and toxicity.

Product information: Shilajit is a phytocomplex of partially fossil plants containing, among other things, fulvic acid, known for its antioxidant properties. In the Ayurvedic tradition it is considered a Rasayana: tonic, invigorating and revitalizing.

Directions for use: 1-2 capsules a day, in the morning.
