Seasoning obtained from the fermentation of soy beans and salt for 18 months. This delicious sauce is an excellent substitute for salt, to be added when cooking vegetables, legumes and cereals .
It can also be used raw, with fried foods and sushi. Ideal for preparing light vegetable broths with a delicate flavor.
