Siben tablets is a food supplement based on bromelain and boswellia serrata, thanks to the synergy of these elements it is able to attenuate the inflammatory states of the soft tissues, the uro-genital system and the respiratory tract, it also has excellent effectiveness on the joints.
What are the key elements of siben 20 tablets and how they work
Bromelain is extracted from the stem of the pineapple comosus, a plant of the Bromeliad family. The pineapple uses bromelain to digest the organic substances of which sinutre; but bromelain, if taken in adequate doses by the human body, is very useful for breaking down a protein, fibrin, responsible for the formation of edema and hematomas. International scientific literature attributes numerous virtues to bromelain, including the ability to reabsorb edema of a post-traumatic or post-surgical nature 1 , the ability to relieve inflammation of the soft tissues, in the osteo-articular 2 , uro-genital 1 , in the respiratory tract, both high and low 1 . Bromelain also has the unique property of facilitating the absorption of antibiotics 3 . Laboswellia serrata has documented anti-inflammatory properties: if taken in suitable doses, it can provide relief in numerous inflammatory pathologies, not only in the osteo-articular area 4 , but at all levels, and without any side effects, neither gastrointestinal nor cardiovascular 5 .

How to take Siben 20 tablets
In a very simple way, just take 1 tablet a day between meals accompanied with a glass of water at room temperature for at least 10 days and you're done.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
