Description
Semi-finished powder for sandwiches, breadsticks.
For all types of bread products such as sandwiches, pizzas, pan bauletto and focaccias having great softness and plasticity of the dough. The product obtained will then have a well-structured crumb and a splendid flavour.

Ingredients
Deglutinated wheat starch, rice starch, potato starch, brown rice flour, dextrose (from corn), dried corn sourdough, sugar; vegetable fibres: inulia, psyllium and bamboo; lentil flour, lactose-free milk ; thickeners: guar gum, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

May contain traces of soya , dried nuts ( almonds , pistachios ), eggs , sesame seeds and lupine .

Gluten free .
