Description
Powder preparation, specifically formulated for celiacs.
Suitable for all types of very high quality sweet pastry, it has an elasticity as if it were a glutinous product. The difference between the classic Oro sweet pastry mixture is that it does not contain gluten-free wheat starch.

Ingredients
Corn starch, rice flour, potato starch, tapioca flour, teff flour, quinoa flour, sugar; vegetable fibres: psyllium, carob, bamboo; pea flour, buckwheat flour; thickeners: guar gum, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; salt, enzymes.

May contain traces of soy , dried nuts ( almonds , pistachios ), eggs , lactose-free milk , sesame seeds and lupine .

Gluten free .
