The FFP2 mask is a disposable protective device that guarantees respiratory protection against solid particulate and aerosols in concentrations not exceeding 10 times the occupational exposure limit (LT or TLV).
The use of masks must always be combined with personal and respiratory prevention / hygiene actions. In fact, it should always be remembered that no single measure can provide complete protection against infections but only a combined series of actions. The backing is water resistant and does not contain binders, latex or neck as per the manufacturer's declaration.

Materials

Mask made with protective features for use in work environments with a concentration of biological pollutants 10 times higher than the TLV. The device has been designed to also ensure the protection of the respiratory tract from the inhalation of pathogens.

It was produced with the use of 4 states of a coupled TNT described below

• 50g Spounbond for outer side of the mask
• Hot air cotton ES 100
• HF-SPS50 FFP2
• 20g Spounbond for the face side

The nose piece is composed of two aluminum strips having a length of 80 mm covered in PVC. The elastics are made of latex-free grosgrain elastic material with a width of 5 mm.
The choice of these materials is latex-free and therefore suitable for allergy sufferers. The weight of the PPE thus created is approximately 5.8 g. ± 2%.

How to use

• Insert a finger into the mask. Curve the nose bridge around the finger to give the shape the shape of the nose.
• Holding the mask in your hand, slide the lower portion of the elastic onto your head behind your neck, placing it under your ears.
• Lift the top section of the elastic and rest it high on your head, above your ears.
• Using both hands, shape the present clip around the nose.
• Control test of the correct positioning of the mask without valve:
• Place your hands on the mask and exhale vigorously. Replace the mask immediately if you experience difficulty in breathing or if the mask is damaged, or if there are problems with adherence to the face. Careful observance of these instructions is essential for the use of the respirator.
• Do not wash and / or make changes.

Warnings

The user must receive adequate instructions before using the filtering facepieces.
The filtering facepieces do not protect the operator from gases and vapors.
Do not use in environments with oxygen deficiency, O2 less than 17%.
Do not use when pollutant concentrations are hazardous to health or life.
Do not use as an escape device.
Leave the workplace immediately: if breathing becomes difficult; if you experience dizziness, nausea or similar symptoms.
Do not modify the respirator.
Discard and replace the respirator if it is damaged, if breathing resistance increases or after 8 hours of use.
It is recommended to use it in the presence of some physical characteristics (beard or long sideburns) that do not allow direct contact between the face and the sealing edges of the respirator.
The filtering facepieces must be stored in clean containers, in a dry place with a temperature from + 5 ° C to + 40 ° C and relative humidity below 60% for a maximum period of 3 years.

It is recommended to check the integrity of the mask before use.
