Shallot cider vinegar made from whole organic and biodynamic apples from Brittany.

This product is not pasteurized, with excellent shelf life.

Fermentation follows the lunar phases as well as biodynamic agriculture requires, which together with filtration allows to preserve and rediscover all the natural properties of the raw material used.

The subsequent maturation in oak barrels for about 4 months. brings softness and fine toasting notes.

The apple harvest is manual between the end of September and the beginning of October. The deposit that forms is natural.

Mode of consumption

Excellent natural condiment for fish-based dishes and aged cheeses.
