Sidrôr Brut can be served feddo, but not iced to allow the aromas to expand.

Our cider is made from 100% whole apples from organic and biodynamic farming from Brittany. Since the Middle Ages, especially in countries with a Celtic tradition, cider was a very widespread drink linked to various popular traditions. Sidrôr Brut is very rich in vitamins and its regular consumption helps to balance and maintain the homeostasis of our body, also improving intestinal functions. Sidrôr Brut is free of sulphites and chemical additives, is vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free, therefore also suitable for celiac disease. The varieties used are the acidic and bitter ones that bring freshness and body. The apple harvest is manual and takes place between the end of September and the beginning of October.
