Treatment

Wash daily by hand or in washing machine (delicate cycle) at max. 40 degrees in a laundry bag.

We recommend using the mild detergent. Do not use fabric softeners!

Do not put the socks in a dryer due to electrostatic charge and overheating.

Compress the socks between two dry towels and dry them away from sunlight in an airy environment. Do not dry on the radiator.

Do not iron. Do not dry clean.

Do not use chemicals.

An extra attention to the single tights

Please close the Velcro fastener carefully before washing, so that the entire surface of the belt is covered.

Caution
Pointed nails and rings with sharp edges quickly cause defects. To avoid these problems, take great care while putting on and taking off your socks and always use rubber gloves! Do not cut any protruding threads inside the sock.

How to wear socks

In the morning, when you get up, when your legs are less swollen. They must not be sweaty, a thin layer of talcum powder sprinkled on the leg will make the operation easier. Use rubber gloves. Thanks to the better fit, it is much easier to put on stockings or tights.

SIGVARIS socks are slipped on with rubber gloves. There is no need to roll or turn them inside out first.

Correctly positioned the heel, the stockings or tights are carefully pushed upwards. If the SIGVARIS sock is to be worn over another sock, it is best to wear a normal nylon sock. This way you can slide SIGVARIS without difficulty.
