How to use

It can be applied by spreading a layer of the product on the chest and / or throat or back and then massaged for about 4 minutes (if necessary, at the end of the massage spread an additional layer on the chest). The preferable moment for using the product is the one immediately preceding falling asleep. Furthermore, the product can also be dissolved in hot water (about 2 teaspoons in 500 ml) to release the balsamic effect in another way.
