TURMERIC
Turmeric ( Curcuma longa ) is a perennial herbaceous plant belonging to the Zingiberaceae family and native to southern Asia. Turmeric is rich in polyphenolic compounds called curcuminoids, considered the main responsible for the beneficial activities of turmeric itself.

1 capsule every 2 days during the meal.
