Vegetable glycerol, L-theanine; valerian (valeriana officinalis root) dry extract titrated at 0.8% in valerenic acids; lemon balm (melissa officinalis l.) dry extract titrated at 4% in ac. rosmainico; griffonia (semi-dried griffonia simplicifolia) dry extract titrated at 95% in 5-hydroxytryptophan; essential oil mandarin.

How to use
It is recommended to take 10 drops as needed, even several times a day, or according to the doctor's instructions, as they are or diluted in a little water. It is possible to use the product even for long periods.
