Breastfeeding is always preferred. If this is not possible, Unica® water is suitable for the preparation of infant formula.

Indicated during pregnancy, to quench the thirst of nursing mothers and infant feeding. Rich in calcium, useful in periods of intense growth, with a low concentration of sodium and free of ammonia salts and nitrites. Safe to use, thanks to the hygienic and convenient screw cap. It can have diuretic effects and promote the elimination of uric acid.

Unica water, as required by the legislative decree of 27 January 1992, is classified as low mineral content water, with a fixed residue between 50 mg / L and 500 mg / L. Authorization of the Ministry of Health n ° 1772 of 1978 and DDn 3085-060 of 1998.
The product is recommended for the preparation of baby food and is declared the possible diuretic effect and promote the urinary elimination of uric acid. As previously explained, the diuretic effect is to be attributed to the presence of Bicarbonate ions (HCO3-) which are present in the Unica product at a concentration of 402mg / L. Furthermore, the product is indicated for low sodium diets, due to its low content of 5.7 mg / L.
