SinuClean Nebules kit 45

Medical device useful in nasal sinus disorders. Pediatric formulation.
The kit consists of non-sterile solutions in single-dose vials to be nebulized.
Open the single-dose vials of SinuClean Nebules and NaseFlu by breaking the upper part of the vials with a rotary movement, in correspondence with the appropriate marks. Mix the entire contents of the two vials in the ampoule of a nebulizer or nasal irrigator. Nebulize the solution obtained according to the instructions of the nebulizer or nasal irrigator device in the nostrils and following the doctor's instructions.
Children (6-12 years): spray the solution obtained by mixing the two components of the kit into the nostrils, 1-2 times a day (morning and evening), for 10 consecutive days. The treatment can be repeated after 6-7 days from the first.
For the use of the solution obtained from the mixing of the two components of the kit in chronic nasal sinus pathologies and after surgery, it is recommended to repeat the treatment for at least 2 cycles, interspersed with 6 days of non-treatment. administered in the absence of bleeding, generally, approximately 10 days after surgery. The use of the solution obtained from the mixing of the two components of the kit in the pre-surgery, vasadministered for at least 10 consecutive days before the surgery. In this case, the treatment must be suspended at least 48 hours before the intervention. The solution obtained from the mixing of the two components of the kit can be administered in the nostrils by aerosol generated by a nebulizer, through a nasal irrigator or nasal forks, according to the indications of a doctor.

Contraindications

It is contraindicated in asthmatic patients.

Warnings

Both components of the kit, being limited to a mechanical and non-systemic action, do not interfere with the drugs used in the treatment of rhinological diseases.
The solutions contained in the single-dose vials of the kit must be administered exclusively by aerosol generated by a nebulizer, through a nasal irrigator or nasal forks, according to the doctor's instructions. For administration do not use masks or oral mouthpieces.
The product should not be administered to children under 6 years of age and pregnant women.
Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
The use of the kit in association with sympathomimetic drugs is not recommended, as it may cause a decrease in the efficacy of the product.
The solutions of both components of the kit are not sterile and are not injectable.
Both components of the kit can be administered individually in combination with inhaled and systemic antibiotics and corticosteroids. These drugs, if indicated for inhalation use, can be mixed with SinuClean Nebules 45 alone, even simultaneously in the ampoule of the nebulizer or nasal irrigator, in the V / V ratio of 0.5: 1 or 1: 1.
It is not possible to mix both solutions of the kit components with other drugs or preparations for inhalation use at the same time in the ampoule of the nebulizer or nasal irrigator, as a decrease in the therapeutic effect of SinuClean Nebules 45 may occur.

Components

SinuClean Nebules: 45µg BDIE cucurbitacins extracted from ecballium elaterium; excipients: purified water; eucalyptol; mint flavor; methyl parahydroxybenzoate; propyl parahydroxybenzoate.
NaseFlu: 0.9% P / V Na / Cl saline solution; excipients: methyl parahydroxybenzoate; propyl parahydroxybenzoate.

storage

The single-dose vials must be stored away from light and direct heat sources.
Once opened, the solution contained in the vials cannot be stored and reused.
