Fennel (Foeniculum Vulgare Mill.), Galangal (Alpinia Officinarum L.), dittamus (Origanum Dictamus L.), pilosella (Hieracium Pilosella L.).

Definition:

According to Hildegard, universal remedy to restore or maintain a good state of health. It prevents atherosclerosis, improves blood circulation making it more fluid, stimulates digestion, improves the assimilation of nutrients, gives a beautiful color to the skin.Useful in association with epaflu or absinthium elixir for the treatment of dermatitis such as acne rosacea and in genus purulent eruptions related to intestinal dysfunction or liver overload.Effective in meteorism associated with dysbiosis

Indications:

Digestive, carminative and antioxidant.

Dosage:

It is recommended to take one / two capsules after the main meals. According to Ildegarda it would be good to dissolve the contents of the capsule in a glass of hot wine

Hildegard says:

”The dittamo (Dictamus Albus, now replaced with Origanum Dictamus) is dry and hot and has the power of fire and stone in it. Like the stone which is hard and continues to emit heat when it is removed from the fire, so the dictamus is powerful against those diseases in which the same qualities prevail (dryness and heat). If a stone (calculus or arteriosclerotic plaque) begins to form in a person who is naturally fat, take some powder and the stone will be blocked. "
