According to many dermatologists, to improve the production of melanin it is important to help the microcirculation to oxygenate and nourish the melanocytes, the cells that produce melanin. For this purpose, our laboratories have developed PLUSO.IN, the antioxidant solar supplement based on copper, maritime pine extract (pycnogenol) and zeaxanthin from Marigold flowers.

The pycnogenol, contained in the bark of the maritime pine, together with zeaxanthin, a carotenoid of the xanthophyll class extracted from the flowers of the Marigold, act as antioxidants. While the copper ions favor skin pigmentation by being the cofactor of tyrosinase, the enzyme that participates in the synthesis of melanin.

THE ANTIOXIDANT FOOD SUPPLEMENT FOR SKIN PIGMENTATION

This solar supplement is useful against the oxidizing effect of the sun, protecting the body from free radicals. Since it slows down skin aging caused, among other things, by prolonged exposure to sunlight, the product has an anti-aging function. Free of gluten and lactose, it can therefore also be used by people who are allergic or intolerant to these elements.

COMPOSITION

Copper: mineral involved in many metabolic processes, it contributes to the protection of the organism from oxidizing processes, increases the immune defenses and keeps the connective tissues intact; it also has an important adjuvant role in the production of melanin: a correct supply of copper therefore favors pigmentation;
French maritime pine (Pinus pinaster Ait.) Or pycnogenol: one of the most powerful antioxidants present in nature: thanks to the polyphenols of which it is composed, it is in fact able to counteract the action of free radicals, promote microcirculation and bind skin collagen , helping to keep the latter smooth and compact;
Zeaxanthin from Tagete (Tagetes erecta L.): obtained from the flower of the Marigold, belongs to the group of carotenoids and has a powerful antioxidant action. Useful during sun exposure to reduce the harmful effects of UVB radiation and acute inflammatory responses.

HOW TO USE

It is recommended to take 1 to 4 tablets a day, depending on the phototype and the type of sun exposure.
For example:

• 1 tablet a day, all year round, as a daily antioxidant action
• up to 1/2 tablets per day for phototype IV, V and VI
• up to 3/4 tablets per day for phototype I, II, II

For optimal action, start the treatment at least 30 days before a prolonged period of exposure to the sun.
