Bulking agents: cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, crosslinked sodium carboxy methyl cellulose; L-cystine, blueberry (Vaccinium myrtillus L., fruit) dry extract standardized to contain 1% anthocyanidins, bamboo [Bambusa bambos (L.) Voss, young shoots from the aerial part; Bambusa vulgarisSchrad, young shoots of the aerial part] dry extract titrated to 70% in silica; L-methionine, nettle (Urtica dioica L., root) dry extract titrated to 0.8% in beta-sitosterols; coloring: beet root red; vitamin E (diDL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate); anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; spirulina concentrate powder [trehalose*, Spirulina platensis concentrate (Gomont) Geitler; stabilizer: sodium citrate], vitamin A (retinyl acetate), copper citrate, sodium selenite, biotin (D-biotin).

Take one tablet a day in the morning with a glass of water.
