Ingrediants

Magnesium oxide (Magnesium); Bulking agents: Cellulose, Hydroxy-propyl-cellulose, Cross-linked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose; Valerian extract (Valeriana officinalis L., root); Tablet coating *; Anti-caking agents: Magnesium salts of fatty acids; Silicon dioxide; Common hop extract (Humulus lupulus L., flower); Dry licorice extract (Glycyrrhiza glabra L., root).

* Tablet coating: Thickeners: Hydroxy-propyl-methylcellulose, Hydroxy-propyl-cellulose; Dyes: titanium dioxide, iron oxides and hydroxides; Humectant: Fatty acids; Bulking agent: Talc.

How to use

One or two tablets before bed. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. High doses of magnesium can cause mild gastointestinal disruption in some people. In these cases it is advisable to divide the dose over the day by halving the tablet or reducing the number of tablets ingested.

Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding unless advised by your doctor. This product should not be used in combination with synthetic sedatives. It can cause drowsiness and impair the ability to drive or use machines. Consult your doctor if you are planning to use this product for more than two weeks.
