Description
Food supplement based on magnesium, griffonia, ashwagandha, magnolia and valerian, useful for providing a supplementary share of these ingredients to the daily diet.
Magnesium contributes to normal psychological function and to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Griffonia and ashwagandha contribute to relaxation (sleep) and mental well-being, griffonia also promotes normal mood.
Valerian promotes relaxation (sleep in case of stress).

Marine magnesium (magnesium hydroxide from sea water), griffonia seeds eg [Griffoniasimplicifolia (DC.) Baill.] Tit. 25% 5-hydroxytryptophan, hydroxypropylcellulose, SENSORIL - ashwagandha root and herb eg [Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal] tit. 10% withanolides, magnolia bark eg (Magnolia officinalis Rehder & Wilson) tit. 50% magnolol, valerian root eg (Valeriana officinalis L.) tit. 0.8% valerenic acids; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 capsule per day to be swallowed with a large body of water.
