How to use
- Legs: 2 bandages;
- Belly, hips, buttocks: 1 bandage;
- Arms: 1 bandage.
In the summer, the bandages can be kept in the refrigerator for cryotherapy.
In winter, if heated over the radiator for half an hour, they offer greater comfort and relaxation.
Exposure time: 30 minutes.
