Sofarclean® Sofar Pressurized Physiological Solution

Pressurized can that uses a new forced delivery system of sterile physiological solution. The originality of the system consists in the fact that the propellant is only compressed air and that it is totally separated from the aqueous solution contained in the can. Forced dispensing of the solution is obtained by simply pressing the can nozzle. The pressure on the nozzle produces a continuous flow, in whatever position (360 degrees) the can is held. The flow stops when the pressure on the nozzle ceases

SOFARCLEAN® has been designed to CLEAN, IRRIGATE, HYDRATE acute and chronic wounds, dermatological lesions of various etiologies, cavities and mucous membranes of every part of the body, intact or damaged skin surfaces

SOFARCLEAN® with blue nozzle , strong jet, is therefore recommended in the systematic cleaning of acute and chronic wounds, before applying the dressing. Thorough cleaning, by irrigation with SOFARCLEAN®, allows an appropriate dressing of the lesions, without having to resort to disinfectants. The application of SOFARCLEAN® does not produce any sensation of cold on the wound, being at room temperature and free of rapidly evaporating propellants.

IMPORTANT : before applying the jet to the wound, it is recommended, each time, to dispense some solution elsewhere, in order to clean the nozzle.

SOFARCLEAN® with white nozzle, with vaporized jet, is particularly suitable for moisturizing, irrigating or gently cleansing: nostrils, throat, mouth, ear, anogenital areas, minor and superficial wounds, dermatological lesions of various etiology. In the case of colds, SOFARCLEAN® is particularly effective in freeing the nasal passages, in adults, children and infants, from the presence of obstructive mucus, which often disturbs breathing and sleep. Nasal irrigation, recommended at least four times a day, helps to clear the nasal passages, to soothe the inflammation of the mucous membranes, to restore physiological breathing and to minimize the local bacterial load.

IMPORTANT: before applying the vaporized jet, it is recommended, each time, to dispense some solution elsewhere, in order to clean the nozzle.

What does it contain

The canister contains 150 ml of sterile isotonic physiological solution, i.e. sterile distilled water with 0.9% sodium chloride, pressurized with compressed air at 9 bar. Contains no preservatives or ozone-depleting propellant gases.
