Herbs selected in herbal tea cut to prepare infusions useful for the support and balance of the organism.

How to use:

• Decoction : the content of 2 level tablespoons in half a liter of cold water.

Then boil slowly for 15 to 20 minutes.
Strain (possibly sweeten with honey), sip.

• Infusion : the content of a level tablespoon in a tea cup, pour boiling water, then leave under the lid for 20 to 30 minutes.
