DIETARY SUPPLEMENT

Indications:
useful, on a nutritional basis, in deficient states or for the greater need for contained nutrients. These substances can be useful for intestinal rebalancing.

Dosage and method of use:
- initial dose: in the first 15-30 days take one capsule two / three times a day, preferably before meals. In children and where it is difficult to swallow the capsule, it is possible to pour the contents of the capsule into a hot dish.
- Maintenance dose: one / two capsules every morning for long periods. It is advisable to restart the administration in periods of greater stress.

Characteristics:
based on Omega-3 essential fatty acids, vegetable charcoal, essential oil of mint ecumino, chamomile and fennel extract, vitamin B6 and the addition of tilia and valerian (natural substances for psycho-physical well-being).

Property:
- EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosapentaenoic acid): long-chain essential fats, partially interconvertible; EPA is the precursor of the "3" series of Prostaglandins and DHA is the major fat in the human brain and retina. Useful to reduce blood levels of lipoproteins, with prevention of cardiovascular disease. In the gastrointestinal tract they play a beneficial role in irritable bowel syndrome and in edenterocolitis enteritis, such as ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease of the colon.
- Vegetable carbon: its particles hold together the air that develops at the gastric level (aerophagia: air ingested in excess during meals) and at the intestinal level ( meteorism : excessive fermentation of food). It is able to reduce the annoying sensation of swelling and tension in the abdominal wall. In inflammatory forms of the intestine of bacterial origin, charcoal exerts an absorbing action against pathogenic intestinal bacteria.
- Matricaria chamomilla, Tilia tomentosa and Valeriana: useful properties in disorders associated with both physical and psychological stress overload, generally characterized by a sense of restlessness, which often takes on the characteristics of intestinal somatization, with abdominal spasms and gastric cramps.
- Peppermint: useful as an adjuvant for smooth muscle relaxation and subsequent attenuation of colic spasms. It stimulates bile secretion, alleviating the post-prandial discomfort associated with slow digestion.
- Essential oil of Caraway (cumin): has the property of facilitating digestive processes, eliminating intestinal gas and sedating colic and intestinal cramps.

Storage:
store in a cool, dry place at a temperature not exceeding 25 ° C.
