Indications
Anti snoring bite indicated in the following cases:
- Snoring.
- Apnea in certain specific cases: travel (it is advisable to consult a doctor).

How to use
Before sleeping, fold somnolis and insert it into your mouth by placing the adjustment tape on your upper teeth.
Cut the lower guide if it injures the gum.
Somnolis' material complies with medical and food regulations, but the primenotti may have a peculiar taste.
Supplied with 4 flexible adjustment tapes numbered 1 to 4. Tape number 1 is the weakest, while tape number 4 is the strongest.
If necessary, replace the ribbon according to the following criteria:
- if the traction of the jaw is excessive, annoying or if the somnolis does not remain inserted in the mouth, use a lower value tape (for example 1 in place of 2).
- If snoring does not reduce sufficiently, use a higher value tape (e.g. 3 instead of 2).

Characteristics
Somnolis moves the jaw forward a few millimeters in order to free the back tongue and allow the inhaled air to pass through. This clinically tested principle eliminates the problem.
The package contains:

Contraindications
Contraindicated in the following cases:
- Removable dental prosthesis.
- Partial denture with insufficient sealing.
- Pain in the jaw joint.
- Mobility and instability of the dentition, upper or lower jaw with fewer than 10 teeth.
- Patient under the age of 18.

Possible side effects
- Sensitivity of the teeth after the removal of the mask, on awakening a symptom that will disappear after closing the jaws 3-4 times).
- Pain in the front of the ear, which will tend to subside normally after a few days.
- Hypersalivation which will lessen over a few days of regular use, dry mouth, possible feeling of nausea, rarely observed (which will disappear quickly).
- Displacement of the teeth or modification of the area of dental occlusion (relative position of the upper and lower jaws with the mouth closed).
- If the lower jaw does not return to its original position after removing the Somnolis, stop using the appliance.
In case of persistent side effects, stop using the device and seek medical advice.

Warnings
A preliminary medical examination and regular checks of the dentition and jaw are recommended.
If you have any doubts about the health of your dentition, you should definitely consult your dentist.
In case of daytime fatigue, you may be suffering from sleep apnea, it is recommended that you strictly consult your doctor for a complete evaluation.
In the case of regular (every night) and long-term use, the use of a customized mandibular advancement orthosis by taking dental impressions is recommended.

Maintenance, useful life, warranty
In the morning, remove the somnolis, rinse it and keep it for the whole day in a glass of warm water to which a tablet of antitartarantibacterial specific for dentures has been added.
Before using it again, rinse with clean water. Regularly check the general condition of the appliance.
The results of snoring reduction or apnea cannot be guaranteed as they depend on the user's anatomy.
It is essential to replace the device in case of cracks, breakages or deterioration of the material.
