Food supplement based on Melatonin MINIACTIVES® Retard and plant extracts.
Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime. Valerian and Hops promote relaxation and sleep in case of stress.

How to use
