Nigella oil comes from the cold pressing of black cumin seeds.

Nigella Sativa is a herbaceous plant that blooms all year round, native to India, its use then spread to the temperate regions of Africa and America.

The plant owes its name to the color of the Nigella seed, niger, i.e. black.

Nigella sativa, commonly called black cumin, is an annual plant of the Ranunculaceae family, native to Southwest Asia.

Known as "the Blessed Seed" for millennia and by a large portion of the world population, it is considered one of the most precious phytotherapeutic herbs of all time.

Cumin oil is very rich in nutrients, contains eight of the nine essential amino acids and over a hundred precious components, so much so that it can be defined as a 'symphony of vital substances' including: arginine, ascorbic acid, glutamic acid, calcium, carbohydrates, carotene, cysteine, iron, lysine, magnesium, minerals, potassium, proteins, selenium, vitamins A-B1-B2-C, zinc.
