Sparkling wine Prosecco DOC “Ice” Demi Sec “So Easy”

This certified organic and vegan Prosecco DOC Spumante from the "So Easy" line, due to its nature and characteristics, winks at the market segment characterized by younger consumers. The sleeve with which the bottle was covered, with a floral pattern and completely removable, underlines and accentuates the character of this wine obtained from a selection of grapes that follow vinification according to the Charmat method. Balanced sparkling wine with a delicate aroma, characterized by notes of white flowers and fruit such as green apple.

WINEMAKING

The first phase involves traditional white winemaking, keeping temperatures between 15°C-17°C to preserve the quality of the grapes. Refermentation takes place in temperature-controlled autoclaves for at least 30 days, following the Charmat method. ATM. above 4.5.

SERVICE TEMPERATURE

We recommend serving this wine at a temperature of around 4°C.
