Sparkling wine Prosecco Superiore DOCG Conegliano-Valdobbiadene Brut

Known and renowned as the king of the aperitif, Valdobbiadene prosecco lends itself, especially in the brut version, to also be consumed during meals: for example it is excellent for appetizers and fish-based first courses or, as often happens in territory in which it is produced, to be consumed throughout the meal.

WINEMAKING

The grapes are pressed and the must obtained is left to decant. Selected yeasts are added for alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of around 14°C. After the preparation of the base wine, a second fermentation is induced in an autoclave until an internal pressure above 4.5 atm is obtained.

SERVICE TEMPERATURE

We recommend serving this wine at a temperature of 4-6° C.
