The hydroalcoholic solutions and bud extractives prepared by Specchiasol, according to the French school, strictly start from plants grown in their natural habitat and harvested in the balsamic time. A large part of the plants used are harvested in the organic farm San Demetrio in Salento, in the municipality of Specchia (hence the name of the company) owned by Specchiasol itself. Another part is harvested on the Lessini Mountains and on Monte Baldo, in the Verona area, in areas selected for the quality of the environment and for the traditional herbal culture of the inhabitants, a further guarantee of choosing the best time for harvesting.
In the preparation of gemmoderivati, Specchiasol strictly follows the methodologies well defined in the monograph “Homeopathic preparations” reported in the French Pharmacopoeia. In fact, the founder of gemmotherapy was a Belgian doctor, Pol Henry, and his studies have been studied in depth and clinically tested by renowned French scholars (Martin, Paqualet, Netien, Tetau, Bergeret ...) who have highlighted how the effectiveness of gemmoderivati both to be ascribed to the active principles contained only in the embryonic tissues of the plants (buds, young shoots, young roots ...) and lost or present only in traces in the adult parts of the plants.

The young Hawthorn shoots are described and have been used for some time for their properties capable of promoting physiological calm and tranquility.

Instructions for Use:
As a rule, it is recommended to take 25-30 drops per day, diluted in a little water.

Glycerine macerate of Hawthorn (Crataegus oxyacantha Medicus) young shoots.
