How to use

It is recommended to take 2 scoops of powder per day. Pour the contents of the 2 scoops into a glass of still water (150 ml), mix well for a few seconds and immediately take the contents orally. Any increase in consistency of the preparation (gel formation) is a characteristic of SPIDILAX® FIBER BARATTOLO.
