Based on Linden and Hawthorn with Melatonin and Vitamin B1. Linden promotes relaxation (sleep in case of stress). Hawthorn contributes to the regular function of the cardiovascular system, relaxation and mental well-being, has an antioxidant action and promotes the regularity of blood pressure. Thiamine contributes to normal energy metabolism, normal nervous system functioning, normal psychological function and normal heart function. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime.

The recommended dosage for this food supplement is 1 tablet before bedtime.
