Spirulina

Spirulina is a microscopic blue algae with a dark green color whose shape resembles that of a spiral. It lives in both lake and salt water and contains readily absorbable proteins.

How to use
The spirulina powder is easy to use, in fact it is sufficient to mix ½-2 chucchiaini with fruit juice or vegetable centrifuges, soups, salad dressing etc. On the other hand, adding 1 teaspoon of spirulina to the juice of melela, or other juice of your choice, or to a little water, you get the best solution to have a full energy.
