Dry extract of flowering tops of St. John's wort, useful for maintaining natural relaxation and mental well-being and a normal mood, associated with Magnesium, Vitamins B2, B6, B12 and folic acid, which contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
In 2 capsules (recommended daily dose): 0.7 mg of hypericin, 187.5 mg of Magnesium (50% NRV), 4.8 mg of Vitamin B2 (342% NRV), 6 mg of Vitamin B6 (428% NRV) ), 18 µg of Vitamin B12 (720% NRV), 200 µg of Folic Acid (100% NRV).

How to use

Take 1 capsule in the morning after breakfast and 1 in the evening after dinner.

If you take medications, ask your doctor for advice before using the product because Hypericum extract can interfere with their metabolism by also inhibiting their activity. Hypericum extract is contraindicated in children and adolescents.
