Star of Bethlehem is useful for obtaining psychic and mental healing in cases of a trauma experienced in the past, which has remained unconscious or has just occurred.
Many times we are sad, unhappy and desolate as a result of these traumas which remain trapped within us and, if not reworked, cause a sense of paralysis and latent pain.
Star of Bethlehem is highly healing and brings back vitality, mental clarity and a sense of a joyful new beginning.
It is very useful in therapies in which trauma and the dark sides of the personality have to be faced.

Indications
Symptoms of imbalance: shock, trauma both recent and from a past experience, deep or unconscious inner turmoil, latent but profound sadness
Balance: healing at all levels, deep healing effect, comfort and reworking of the past

Recommended doses
To take the essence, it must be diluted as follows:
fill a glass bottle with dropper of 30 ml with water for 3/4 of the volume, and for 1/4 with brandy, which serves as a preservative.
Add 2 drops of each floral essence of your choice, contained in the stock bottle.
Before taking, shake the bottle slightly to keep the essences in a more powerful vibrational state.
Take 4 drops under the tongue, 4 times a day.
Increase or decrease the frequency of intake according to personal sensitivity to flower essences.
