Borage oil is extracted from borage seeds, particularly rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA), essential for the body, as they are constituents of cell membranes whose elasticity and integrity they regulate. The properties of borage are the result of the interaction of all the substances present in nature in the phytocomplex (or vegetable totum). Borage seed oil is a precious vegetable source and one of the richest sources of Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA), an Omega 6 polyunsaturated fatty acid, Vitamin E.

HealthAid® Starflower Oil contains no less than 230 mg (23%) of GLA in association with Vitamin E and is sealed in a soft gelatin capsule to keep its freshness and properties intact. Borage oil extract ( Borago officinalis L.) supports the integrity and functionality of cell membranes, supports the trophism and functionality of the skin . It is particularly suitable for women suffering from premenstrual syndrome (PMS) in counteracting menstrual cycle disorders . It also promotes joint function . Vitamin E (d-alpha-tocopherol) present in Starflower Oil contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

How to use

Adults and children over 12 years of age, one capsule a day with a glass of water.
