StilVen Smp is recommended to promote the physiological functionality of venous, arterial and lymphatic (peripheral) microcirculation, in the treatment of haemorrhoidal syndromes and retinopathies.

Components and Features

Diosmin : (fl avonoid), has always been proposed in the treatment of venous insufficiency characterized by nocturnal cramps, pains, heaviness and swelling in the legs but this substance also has anti-edematous, anti-inflammatory and antivaricose activities, which make it useful in the presence of
hemorrhoids, cellulite, varicose veins, capillary fragility and related manifestations such as bruising, hematomas and purples.

Centella asiatica es 20% : the triterpene derivatives present in the leaves of Centella are particularly useful for the treatment of chronic venous insufficiency. stimulating the production of collagen by the fi broblasts causing an increase in fi bronectin which is a structural protein, important
for the seal of the venous vessel wall and of the collagen itself.

Bilberry eg 2.5% : it has long been known that the titrated dry extract of blueberry is able to fight fragility and excessive vessel permeability through a well-demonstrated capillar-protective action at the level of both venous and arterial blood vessels. This action is explained by the fact that the anthocyanins present in the phytocomplex are capable of inhibiting the activity of some enzymes (elastase and collagenase) which destroy collagen and elastic tissues. Several clinical studies have shown that Blueberry anthocyanosides reduce damage to capillaries in a statistically significant way compared to placebo.

Bromelain from Pineapple es 250 GDU : this proteolytic enzyme performs important functions at the level of the connective tissue proper and above all towards fi brin. In fact, bromelain possesses important fibrinolytic, antiplatelet, anti-inflammatory and draining properties, thus favoring the decrease in the sense of swelling and pain in the lower limbs typical of conditions of poor peripheral circulatory capacity.

Orthosiphon stamineus es 0.2% : it is known for its diuretic and purifying action. It increases the volume of urine in a moderate way, favoring the excretion of sodium, potassium and even chlorine. The diuretic action of the plant is also due to a decrease in the retention of liquids by the colloids present in the tissues and in the blood. These effects are also very useful in case of cellulite, as it is known that the tissue affected by this problem is very rich not only in water but also in uric acid.

Troxerutin : is a fl avonoid that is part of the rutoside family. This natural substance has proved to be particularly useful in the treatment of chronic venous insufficiency as it considerably reduces the formation of edematous states. It has also been shown to be effective in preventing inflammatory states of the endotellum and therefore preventing chronic alterations of the vessel wall that can lead to conditions of severe venous insufficiency; it is also very active on capillaries whose function it improves, reduces their fragility and associates these properties with antithrombotic, fibrinolytic and anti-edema properties.

Vitamin C : exerts its antioxidant activity in this case specifically towards the connective tissue for which it guarantees not only a protective action but also a specifically reparative and regenerative action.

Red vine es 95% : together with bilberry it is one of the best known phytocomplexes used when an antioxidant, anti-edema and protective action on the microcirculation is required. The most important components found in the leaves belong to the category of bio fl avonoids (anthocyanidins and proanthocyanidins). In particular, the bio fl avonoids of the red vine perform an intense antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activity. Their most important action is carried out at the capillary level where they positively influence the vascular permeability. Procyanidins are in fact able to stabilize collagen fibers and inhibit the catabolic activity of elastase,
an enzyme that leads to the breakdown of this key connective tissue protein.

Sweet clover eg 40%: the main effect of the coumarin present in sweet clover is that of lymphatic drainage, which is essential to ensure the return of the liquids present in the extracellular spaces towards the heart. A deficit in lymphatic circulation in fact causes accumulation of these liquids in the tissues and therefore swelling, particularly frequent in the ankle area. Furthermore, coumarin significantly reduces the demolition of catecholamines, in particular adrenaline at the vascular level, with a consequent improvement in the contractile capacity of blood vessels.

How to use

Phlebopathies, lymphopathies, (edema), retinopathies: 1/2 tablets per day
Hemorrhoids: 4 tablets per day or as needed.

The intake should be done between meals.
