It can be used as

Magnesium supplement: useful for muscle tension such as cramps,
menstrual spasms, "hot flashes" of menopause

Softening fecal:

of Magnesium and soothing of MSM is particularly indicated in constipation

How to use

For constipation: 1 / 2-1 scoop in 200 ml of water preferably after dinner, wait 5-10 minutes before drinking.
Sweeten to taste or add fruit juice eg berries, apple pineapple.

For cramps, menstrual spasms or menopause: 1/2 scoop in 500 ml of water to be taken slowly throughout the day
