Indications
- Tiredness, especially if associated with nervousness and irritability.
- Muscle cramps.
- Depression or anxiety with somatization (heart attack, irritable bowel, insomnia, as well as help with other therapies).
- Migraines, especially children's headaches.

- Sport (for the synergistic action of magnesium, potassium, aspartate).

Warnings
