Sugar cane

Sugar cane, molasses, through the pressing of the sugar cane won, you go down in the production of sugar. After the sugar crystals for Centrifugation have been obtained, the remaining syrup remains. The main ingredient of molasses is, therefore, sugar, the content is about 54%. It is unraffiniert and is bottled without adding additives

USE

Molasses can be wonderfully spread on bread, for sweet cereals, milk, puddings and used for cooking especially tasty: molasses in yoghurt or cottage cheese mixed with refined apple and cinnamon juice
