This essence is useful for those who have a distorted sense of self, and who suffer from self-exaltation or self-cancellation, low self-esteem or arrogance. Sunflower heals these distorted ego qualities that result from a conflicted or failing relationship with the father in childhood. When these distorted relationships are corrected, one finds within oneself the light and sunshine that are always present in every individual.

Doses
Fill a 30 ml dropper bottle with water 3/4 of the volume, and 1/4 of the volume with brandy, which serves as a preservative. Add 2 to 4 drops of each flower essence chosen from the stock bottle. Before taking, shake gently to keep the essences in a more powerful and energized vibrational state. Take four drops under the tongue four times a day. Increase or decrease your intake according to your personal sensitivity to flower essences. Keep away from electromagnetic sources, TV, cell phones, computers .. Use with people sensitive to alcohol: - two to four drops mixed in a large glass of water or fruit juice - in a 30 ml dropper bottle as indicated above, replacing the brandy with 1/3 or 1/2 of vegetable glycerin, to preserve the dilution
