Food supplement of vitamins with Magnesium and Potassium with sweeteners in effervescent orange flavor granules. It is particularly indicated in cases of increased physiological needs or reduced intake with the normal diet. Its formula helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue and to maintain, thanks to the presence of Magnesium, the electrolyte / hydrosaline balance. Supradyn Magnesium and Potassium does not contain sugar and has a very low salt (sodium) content.
Magnesium
It favors the maintenance of the electrolyte / hydrosaline balance.
Magnesium together with Vitamin C, Vitamins B6 and B12 and folic acid
Contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Potassium
It assists the regular muscular functioning and the maintenance of a normal blood pressure.
Vitamins of group B, together with Vitamin C.
They participate in normal energy metabolism, favoring the transformation of food into energy.

How to use Supradyn
It is recommended to take one sachet a day to dissolve in a glass of water (about 200 ml). It is advisable to take a glass of still or sparkling water at room temperature in order to facilitate its swallowing.
