L-Ascorbic Acid, Vitamin E Acetate, Vitamin 83, Manganese gluconate, Iron fumarate, Zinc oxide, Vitamin B5, Selenomethionine, Vitamin B12 0.1%, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B6, Vitamin D3 100 CWS, Copper sulphate, Vitamin B1, Vitamin A, Folic acid, Potassium iodide, Ammonium molybdate, Biotin, Chromium picolinate, Vitamin K, Microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agents: Colloidal silica, Magnesium stearate.

Do not exceed recommended daily doses.
