Description
Goldmask type II is classified as a type II surgical mask according to the EN 14683: 2019 standard, therefore specifically tested to protect the healthcare worker from possible contact with potentially contaminated liquids / aerosols. Goldmaskdi type II, thanks to a triple filtering layer (SMMS medical blue, white TNT, white TNT), guarantees a Bacterial Filtration Efficiency (BFE) higher than 98% It can also be effective in reducing the emission of infectious agents from the nose and in the mouth of an asymptomatic carrier or a patient with clinical symptoms.
The efficient filtering properties and good fit of the Goldmask Type II surgical mask provide healthcare professionals with a valid solution in terms of:
-Comfort: the layer in contact with the skin is soft and non-abrasive. The soft elastic bands ensure that the mask adheres tightly to the sides of the wearer's face with maximum comfort.
-Protection: the internal layer guarantees the filtering properties and pressure differentials of the mask, minimizing the dispersion of infectious agents.
-Breathability: the material allows an easy flow of air in both directions.
Excellent resistance to bacterial penetration with high filtration and BFE ≥98% filtering power. Degree of contamination (bioburden) ≤30 CFU / g. Differential pressure <40 Pa / cm 2 . Composition
3-layer non-woven fabric (TNT):
-Layer in contact with the skin: white TNT 100% polypropylene 17 g / m2.
-Internal condition: white TNT 100% polypropylene 17 g / m2.
- External layer on the environment side: SMMS 100% polypropylene 35 g / m2.
How to use
1) Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water or an alcohol-based disinfectant before putting on the mask.
2) Put on the mask gripping it by the side elastics.
3) When covering the mouth and nose, make sure there are no gaps between the face and the mask so that it fits snugly to the face.
4) Avoid touching the mask during use and replace it with a new one as soon as it is wet.
5) Remove the mask from the side ends without touching the front part.
6) Immediately after use, dispose of it in a suitable container.
7) Wash your hands immediately with soap and water or sanitizing gel.
It does not require maintenance as it is a disposable product.
Warnings
Do not use in case of obvious defects such as damaged TNT, darkened laundry.

Store in a cool and dry place, without exposing to direct heat.
