Zinc

It is an essential trace element for the prevention of anemia, it fights infections, contained in SOD, super oxidodismutase (enzymes with antioxidant activity).
The intake of zinc and copper must be simultaneous and balanced to avoid phenomena of relative deficiency of each trace element, as the two minerals exploit the same absorption system.
The minerals in organic form guarantee a valid absorption and excellent bio availability.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 capsule a day, preferably after the main meal.
