T Flex
Description
Medical device developed for the trigger point massage due to SDMP (Pelvic Myofascial Pain Syndrome).
T Flex is a massager that can be used both with vaginal and anal insertion, made entirely of plastic material for medical use.
How to use
It is extremely important to be as relaxed and comfortable as possible.
For vaginal and anal relaxation:
1) Lie on your back in a semi-reclined position, supporting the upper body well. Use pillows to support your head and knees if possible, otherwise lie on your side in a comfortable position that offers the best angle for relaxation.
2) Generously apply some lubricant to the tip of the T Flex that will be used (use a water-based or silicone-based gel).
3) Gently insert the tip of the T Flex into the vagina or anus.
4) Identify painful, tense areas or trigger points by associating the vaginal or anal opening with a watch. Focus pressure on the areas where the majority of the soft tissue is located. Do it gently and following the instructions of the treating doctor.
5) Use light pressure moving from one point to another. The massage can temporarily reduce muscle hypertonia but it is with light and continuous pressure for at least 5 minutes that total relaxation is achieved. This allows the muscle to relax and dissolve completely.
Coordinating breathing with the application of pressure allows you to more effectively relax different layers of muscle tissue, stimulating the natural healing process and resetting the effects of muscle memory.
