Dosage and method of use

Recipe to prepare 12 crepes

Ingrediants:
1 bag of Preparation for Crepes and Waffles, 40 g of egg substitute (eg Coccovo) dissolved in 160 ml of
water, 500 ml of protein-free drink (eg liquid dahlia).
Preparation:
in a bowl, mix the contents of the package with the egg substitute, then add
gradually the Dahlia. Leave to rest for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Suggestion:
to vary the taste of the crepes, flavor the preparation with orange blossom or vanilla.

Recipe for making 12 waffles

Ingrediants:
1 bag of Crepes and Waffles Mix, 1 bag of baking powder, 500ml milk replacer
(eg. Liquid dahlia), 50 g of butter, 20 g of egg substitute (eg. Coccovo) dissolved in 80 ml of
Preparation:
in a bowl, mix the contents of the cup with the egg substitute, then add
gradually the Dahlia and the melted butter. Mix well. Add the yeast. Leave to rest for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Suggestion:
to vary the taste of the waffles, flavor the preparation with orange or vanilla flowers.
