Ingrediants

Glucose syrup; almonds 12.9%; hazelnuts 11.3%; honey; raisins; milk protein flakes (whey protein, rice flour, emulsifier (soy lecithin)); palm fat; oat flakes 6.5%; sugar; wheat flakes; ricecrispies (rice flour, wheat gluten, sugar, wheat malt, glucose, salt); isomaltulose; L-glutamine 0.9%; emulsifier (soy lecithin).

How to use

Before physical activity: take 1 bar about 60-90 minutes before starting the activity, accompanying it with about a glass of water.
During physical activity:
long-term commitments: take 1 bar at regular intervals of about 1.5-2 hours in the first part of the competition or training, followed by water.
Medium-term commitments: take 1 bar about halfway through training or competition, followed by water.
