GOLD ENERGY TECHNICAL LINE Energy food with sequentially absorbed carbohydrates from dried fruit and cereals. Ingrediants

How to use
Before physical activity: take 1 bar about 60-90 minutes before starting the activity, accompanying it with about a glass of water.
During physical activity:
