Wash your hands thoroughly - before and after use.
Without opening the sterile package, gently fold and squeeze the blister with the saline solution until the liquid is released into the package and reaches the catheter.
While waiting for the 30 seconds required for the hydrophilic coating to activate, the catheter package can be hung up to prepare for the next step.

Open the package to a length of approximately 10 cm and grasp the catheter using the blue protective sheath.

Hold the catheter by gripping the funnel and slide the blue protective sheath towards the tip of the catheter. Thanks to the protective sheath it will be possible to manipulate the catheter and insert it into the urethra without direct contact with the hands.
Now push the blue protective sheath back towards the funnel to use it as a catheter extension while emptying the bladder into the toilet
