Convex plate with flange for colostomy and ileostomy two-piece system, equipped with self-supporting protective barrier with Manuka Honey. Hydrocolloid with Manuka Honey has an exclusive protective and healing action for the skin with clinical evidence supported by the literature and is hypoallergenic. The Manuka Honey used in the hydrocolloid blend is UMF 16+ certified (high antibacterial properties) by the Unique ManukaFactor Honey Association. The thickness of the urostomy hydrocolloid plate is greater than the colo / Ileostomy version, in order to better resist the aggressive chemical action of the urine over time.
Description of components : the convex plate / barrier is made of hydrocolloid with Manuka Honey in order to guarantee a good seal and excellent tolerability on the part of the patient's skin. The plate is equipped with a PVC flange for connection to the relative bag (supplied with another code) and with a safety adhesive system to avoid any accidental detachment.
